i came for some spa service on 23rd nov, my invoic...

i came for some spa service on 23rd nov, my invoice no is NHICC47554 and NHICC47554.
me and my wife took service in a couple room. and i tell you the problems
1- No welcome drinks
2- They waited me for 20min.
3- After they took room to change , there is nothing is there
4- No undergarments, no chappal, no towel. After i call and ask all this they said only towel is available and other all are finesh.
5- Start massage with out dry.
6- service is worst, even after service over there is no oil in some of my body part, and she didnt tuch my feet and finger as well.
7-she not intrested to do as its closing time
8- After service no steam, when ask they said its not working. after i angry on them they took as to other room with out chapal.
9- Steam is so hot that we unable to take 2 min also, and i told to stop.
10- There is body wash, only shampoo is there and the wash room is so dirty, looks like rood side toilet room.
11- there is no comb, no ear buds, no body location ntng
12- After all there is no tea or water also. i only went out and ask water to hotel.
13- And main think i forget to inform you, When we couple took massage how other ppl opening door with out knocking and asking us. is this you ppl are giving privacy.

Do you ppl think this is India's top spa. i have click some picture if you want i can share. i took more then 200 time massage , but i never got this type of worst service ever. I know how i fell uncomfortable with out undergarments. I came for relax but i took more pain and tens in that service. My full family is taking service from you and my papa n brother took membership. i alredy inform them to dont took any service any more from you ppl . and m going to update all in all social media. I completion to your customer care team after that also there is no response. seriously this is like road side spa and you ppl just thug money from us.

I completion to your front office team and even customer care team but nit get any proper response.
I mak sure one day will come bez of o2spa , Novotel name will go down. so be carefull.
