Showed up for a service appointment on time, pulled in, they had already taken another car into service instead of mine. When I was able to talk to someone, the staff asked me to pay a diagnosis fee on my vehicle despite it being under full warranty still. Staff was unable to answer simple mechanical questions about my car and stated that during diagnosis if they could not reproduce any of my "intermittent" issues, they would not look into it further, but I would still owe the diagnosis fee. Staff refused to look into anything based on the information I provided. This amounted to them wanting to drive my car around for awhile, listen for noises, then hand the keys back to me without doing anything and charge me the diagnosis fee. I have no faith in the workmanship or professionalism of the staff at this location. Per the Honda dealership where I bought the car (in another state) this is not standard practice and there should be no "diagnosis fee" on my vehicle since it is under warranty.

I would not feel comfortable leaving my car with this dealership for service.
