We have been with iiNet for a number of years and have always been happy with the overall product, but especially with the service.
Recently we had cause to question iiNet if we were on the best deal possible for our monthly fee. This resulted in a review, by us, and following discussion with an iiNet representative, we doubled our speed for $5.00 less per month.
We are very satisfied with the outcome.
