Certainly not the Westin quality I had come to expect from past visits to their properties. I suppose since the Marriott brand acquired them, things overall have gone downhill. Staff was friendly, but not well informed. I blame this more on the corporation than individual employees. There were ants in our room when we arrived. Asked about some services and amenities, like the bicycles and it took a few different folks to get a straight answer and satisfactory help. Will have to say the bikes were otherwise convenient to borrow for free, well maintained, and easy to use. No robes in the rooms and the amenities otherwise are certainly not worthy of calling the location a resort. More like a 3-star hotel. Certainly overpriced and disappointed for what we essentially didn't get for our tacked on resort fees. Was there for a meeting and wish we had considered staying at the AC across the parking lot instead. Won't be back to this location and will be wary of staying at another Westin in general. Sad to see the brand tarnished like this.
