Mario was fantastic. He looked at everything and found that my air conditioner was fine, it was actually my water pump. He explained everything to me in a way that I understood and took care of setting up the next day installation for me. I'm very thankful for him!
(this all happened to us while my husband was deployed overseas).
Mario made me feel comfortable and was very easy to talk to. We will be calling him and Vernon Heating and Air for anything in the future.
