This was the worst place that I have stayed in a very long time the staff is rude. the room was not cleaned the lady at the front desk made me wait an hour before we could get into our room she stated that house keeping was cleaning the room, there were dirty sox's in the room kids toys in the room that were not ours there was also feces on the comforter that was on my daughters bed I told the lady at the front desk she said WHAT like she didn't believe me house keeping finally showed up about an hour later to resolve the issue. the windows were dirty I'm very disappointed I paid for a 5 star hotel and got a motel 6 room and employees very disappointed I would not recommend this property to anyone and its ashamed that Marriott even represents this place. the only person that is nice at this place is the guy that works at the desk on night shift someone give that guy a raise I'm sure with the way this place runs that he needs one
