So here I am waiting an hour after I arrived, because they tell you to arrive 20 minutes before your appointment... there s a sign on the table in the lobby for healthcare open enrollment... for 2017... and a sign next to it about notifying the front desk if it is 10 minutes after your appointment... if you need to put this sign up in your lobby, then you already have a problem.
