The service was awful. The rooms were dirty. When we arrived we had been waiting for 20 minutes in our room for the luggage and it hadn't arrived yet. I had to go and ask for it myself because nobody informed the staff to take the luggage to our room.
We spent one day with no hot water (I went in winter).
The carpets of the aisles were so slovenly.
The rooms were messy and untidy.
When we left the hotel, we had to take the luggage down ourselves because all the staff was occupied and we would had to wait 30 minutes if we wanted to have the luggage taken down. If we would have waited, we would have lost our flight.
I would never recommend this hotel.
