We have used Sanders & Johnson for 17 years and never been disappointed. They have installed a furnace, hot water heater and air conditioning unit, and done the regular maintenance on those items. They have been very responsive, usually same day, including weekends and been able to rectify the issue on the first visit. Just recently our hot water heater ruptured, after 16 years, and they were able to get the new one ordered and installed within two working days. They are always on time, courteous, clean up the work site nicely and explain what they've done and make recommendations as to how to use the HVAC more efficiently. I don't feel as though we've ever been pressured, they generally come in with reasonable bids on top of the line products - Amana, etc. We've never had to call them back to "redo" something, the job has always been done right the first time.
