I purchased an new/used 2015 BMW i3 not even two years ago - I have been to the dealer for technical repairs and wearing parts at min. 6 times. More than I have with all my other vehicles combined in my life. Every time I ve gone to the dealer logical and major service issues have happened; from not installing a purchased product, having to waste another trip to - everyone in a rush to leave, locking my possessions in the car with no access to them until the vehicle is repaired. I live 1.5 hours away. In Short the i3 doesn t seem to have the guts to stand up to Canadian wear - I have experienced nothing but problems and poor dealer service with the exception of John Hend....
