I don t understand why is it people apply for this...

I don t understand why is it people apply for this job knowing it s dealing with the public but keep and attitude. It doesn t make any since how slow they are. Workers walking around just simply socializing and aren t friendly at all. This place needs to be closed down, employees retrained, and corporate need to make monthly visits... The way these workers deal with people you would think the benefits come directly out of their paychecks and pockets. This is beyond unethical.
