I've had a few mechanical fails that have been covered by extended warranty on my Golf TDI. Thankfully Southgate Volkswagon has an understanding service team, even when dealing with interesting or difficult problems. I have found that Southgate Volkswagon works with the customer, and provides a straightforward and reasonable approach to the service they provide. They are often willing to go the extra distance to get my vehicle fixed and make it as painless as possible. Great customer service!
