I decided to take my husband to The Ranch for his birthday. I was so excited, I thought it would be great. We ordered the popovers for appetizer, they were burnt. So we sent them back. The manager apologised and told us they bring us more on the house. They never came. My husband ordered the prime rib. He loved it. I first orederd the short rib, very greasy, sent it back and had filet minon. It was dry and small on a huge plate served with nothing else. I was Very disappointed with the service. It was loud with the bar guest facing your table. It did not feel like a five star restaurant. We will not be back.
