Customer service is not at all a priority for this company. When a call is placed to them they do not have the answers to simple questions such as "has my item shipped yet?". I choose to go with this company because i was promised a fast turn around time and it ended up being over a month. Then when i received my iPad 3 the repairs were not done correctly. When i placed a call to them about a warranty repair due to the poor quality parts and unskilled labor used to them them, they simply laughed and stated that no warranty of workmanship was implied. I have several other apple products and will not be using Revamp Electronics ever again.
