Arch Apprenticeships provide fantastic support in helping young adults take the first steps towards building a career within the digital industry. Through a structured learning programme, they offer learners the opportunity to develop their skills through both practical and theory-based work, which plays a pivotal role in adjusting to and better understanding the workplace.

Each apprentice is assigned to a particular Arch mentor who are crucial in providing the one-on-one tuition and support which culminates in a successful apprenticeship. Learners are also encouraged to collaborate and work with other apprentices on their course, which facilitates improved learning as one can build a network of like-minded up-and-coming digital professionals within different sectors of work.

Having been an Arch Apprentice myself, I have nothing but good things to say about this organisation and would recommend it to anyone looking to become an apprentice within the exciting world of digital!
