Don't believe a word anyone tells you at this facility. I have had three different offices (lab, sleep center and surgery) assure me they were in network with my insurance. Low and behold, they are not. Dealing with a $250 blood work bill for something I have had done at Quest for $8 and a surgery bill that is not applying toward my insurance deductible (luckily we canceled the sleep study when we figured out they were out of network). Had it been one person, I would chalk it up to it being a bad employee, but with three separate offices telling me the same thing multiple times, I can only conclude that it is some sort of systematic attempt to purposefully deceive people. I even recorded the lab telling me they were in network and all the billing office would do it apologize for me being misinformed.
