Honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced with zero flexibility and all attitude. Thank you, Jeff, for your complete inability to provide a level of customer service that doesn t include flack and complete disrespect for your customer.

Absolutely ridiculous they treat their customers this way. All I want is to get what I paid for. An AC system that actually works. And some level of empathy would be appreciated too.
