I really hoped they were different but noreen sparks knew our situation and yes she did try to push the refinance through but in the end it didn't go through, but there was no communication on their end letting us know about the outcome, hey we're sorry u were denied.. we were just left in the dark, wouldn't return my calls, emails or text messages , like i said in the beginning she was great but in the end we were left wondering, no communication atleast a simple call would of been nice... but its ok as soon as we are in a better situation we're just going to use the big companies atleast they keep u posted on the status of ur refinance
