Just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the kind service from John Blackwell. I purchased my Ford Escspe, used, from him at Capitol Ford. He took the time to cheerfully explain how everything worked, and told me to call him if any questions. I did contact him on phone and in person, and both times, he made me feel like he had all of the time I needed, never felt rushed. I cannot recommend him enough, have shared with friends and family, but wanted Capitol Ford to know also. John Blackwell is the one to see!
