My 2014 Honda CR-V wouldn't start, and I was told ...

My 2014 Honda CR-V wouldn't start, and I was told by the AAA affiliate who jumped it that my battery and alternator were bad. I then took it to Crown Honda, where I was helped by Johnathan in the service department. He was very knowledgeable and professional, keeping me apprised of new developments each step of the way. While Honda could have easily agreed that the alternator needed to be replaced, the technicians and team were honest and relayed that only the battery was dead. As I had purchased a new battery from AutoZone only 5 months earlier and it was still under warranty, I was encouraged to get it replaced. Not only did Honda refrain from charging me, they also gave me a boost so that I could get my battery issue taken care of. Having had bad experiences at other (non-Honda) dealerships in the past, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I received at Crown Honda. It is refreshing to know a dealership that is trustworthy, and I will definitely recommend Crown Honda and take my car to get serviced there in the future.
