Not always the best service but than again workers here deal with people from all over the world and that's not easy as well. Options for seating inside as well as outside. Inside near a window it is possible to witness unseen the many different creatures passing this famous place...and in some cases also 'enjoy' the typical Amsterdam people that live on the street and try to grab some heat coming from inside the building.
