A great location and amazing concept with some significant drawbacks.

1. Education : no explanation is provided about the different baths, saunas, etc. You are left to go into the facility and try things out. No order is suggested, no guidance provided.

2. Towels: for the price of admission, you should get two (not one) so you have a towel for the baths and saunas, and a clean one for your shower.

3. Crowd control: it's great that the place is so popular, but they need to better control the amount of people on site. Waiting to get into baths and pools is not acceptable. Nor is having to brush up with strangers in the water when you're supposed to be there to relax.

4. The panorama section is a farce - think Punta Cana in Chelsea. It looks and feels like a party zone (minus the music), not like a place of relaxation. The copious amount of alcohol being consumed by all doesn't help. We went in and out immediately.

5. Cleanliness: due to the amount of people on site, some of the pools are dirty. I mean visible filth in the water, Hair and more floating around. The change rooms were also quite dirty, with used bathrobes and towels lying everywhere on the ground and benches.

All the points above underline that the Nordik is a victim of its success. They should endeavour to make the experience a calm, relaxing and clean one once again, or face turning into a simple water park for adults to get drunk at. I'm sure the latter probably makes more money :(
