Extremely disappointing. We booked a weekend stay at the Riverside at the recommendation of friends who live close by in Ft. Lauderdale. We were looking forward to our stay. Our first floor room was extremely loud, guests yelling and slamming doors until 3 am. We spoke to the front desk in the morning with no response. We tried to eat breakfast at Indigo the first morning, left after 30 minutes when we were never waited on (no coffee, nothing). The next day we tried again (everyone has a bad day) and we were waited on but served ice cold coffee, a poorly cooked egg breakfast, and ended up with food poisoning (cannot be certain it came from that restaurant but it seems highly likely). The room was nice and clean but the lack of customer service was shocking. Won't be back.
