Even though I had done my homework (researching the vehicle I wanted to purchase as well as the projected value of my trade-ins), I was nervous about going to a car dealership to try to make a deal on a new vehicle with my "special circumstances" trade-in issue. However, I was very pleasantly surprised to find that both the Salesperson (Tim Stevens) and the Sales Manager (Jon Bloom) were eager to make a fair deal for everyone involved. No one pressured me into making a decision, the terms presented were fair, and I was able to drive away with the deal I had hoped for! I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to go to Hanover Honda for a new vehicle. And I am very happy with my new Honda CR-V Touring edition!
