I ve been going to Cynergy Physical Therapy for about 2 months now. I ve had multiple surgeries on my knee and most recently had ACL surgery in September 2016.

I started PT at another facility but discontinued. After a few months I began having issues with my knee. I knew I had to return to PT but wanted a fresh new start and decided to go with Cynergy. I found Cynergy interesting because they promise personal one on one sessions. In other words, the therapist is solely focused on me and my issue and isn t distracted by working with multiple clients at the same time.

I currently work with Aubin and she is great. She has a lot of experience and knows what she s doing. Aubin pays attention to detail and listens to your input. On my initial visit I was evaluated on my current condition and she put together a workout that was specific to my needs. I had issues with extending my knee and Aubin was able to correct it within 2 weeks and I ve never felt better. Aubin is firm in what she demands from you but is also gentle and fair in her approach.

The Cynergy staff is very friendly and always helpful. They recently moved to a new location with a lot of open space and large windows that allow for a lot of natural sunlight and a great view of 57th street. The new facility also has a number of individual rooms for one on one privacy with your therapist. There is also a changing room, which I appreciate but it could use a lock. I believe there is a sign that says to knock before entering. They could also use some lockers to place your belongings, which they had at the old facility. Maybe they will have lockers in the future.

If you re in the midtown area I would definitely recommend Cynergy for their professional, approachable and experienced staff.
