Very poor! They pretend to be an Australian based...

Very poor! They pretend to be an Australian based business, when they are actually in the UK. The phone number is disconnected and I am still waiting for my order to arrive - it is already after the 7-10 days I was told it would arrive by.

I try emailing and all I get is an automatic response telling me how they will try and get back to me in 24 hours!

Still waiting!!!!!!
