UPDATE: Upgraded review from 1 star to 3 stars. Laurie was friendly and easy to deal with in the end. Overall, the process took much longer than it should have and was far more complicated than it should have been. See below.
TLDR; AVOID AT ALL COSTS
The company wastes your precious time. The company asked me to send a photo of my passport and a headshot, and I complied. The company asked for a new "photo of my passport" and a new ""head shot" photograph. So I retook the images and sent them to the company.
1. I spoke with an idiot named Darryl on the telephone. Darryl can't explain to me why the new photos are not adequate. Darryl gets upset and hangs up on me because I am being hard on him.
2. Ask to speak with the manager Shannon. Shannon leaves 15 minutes before the office closes. Go figure.
3. I am amazed that this company has such high reviews as it is worse than dealing with the foreign governments themselves.
