Today I was in a crunch for a job my technicians are working on in the area. One of them left a microphone at a job site in another area. I called Total Entertainment Music Store and the staff I talked to was extremely helpful. I called guitar center first and I felt I wasn't getting anywhere with the idea of me paying for the microphone for my techs so they can just show up and get it.
