Truly deplorable service. Not worth one star. The vendors of a flat I was interested in took weeks to come back to me with their decision. Although I appreciate that vendors are entitled to take time making a decision, at no point did I feel supported as a prospective buyer or that Edwards & Co had any sense of urgency or desire to make a sale. I had to contact them every step of the way to even get an update on my offer and each time spoke to someone new on the team. I'm still waiting for a call back relating to an offer - despite being polite, the team are totally ineffective.
