Great inventory but very bad customer service at the checkout. I had a gift card that they could not apply because their internet was down. Manager Emily assured me I could call and get reimbursed the next day. Accounting asked me to email receipts and the gift card number and said they would reverse the first charge and credit the gift card. 2 months later my credit card was billed for the entire purchase again, no gift card applied. The whole process was handled poorly. Very unprofessional and possibly fraudulent.
