We boarded both our dogs here for a week here after it being recommended to us. A 4 yrs old and 12 yrs old American bulldogs. The 4 yrs old female came home so aggressive she tried biting multiple family members and was very nervous for a week after. My older dog, a saint in temperament, came back with a huge knot on his back and has now suffered from major debilitating pain since that day. He had arthritis to begin with but had 1 flair up prior to his board here. Now he can't walk without medication and is almost a vegetable because of the pain. I'm so mad but obviously my accusations will never be met with admission of guilt - so no point in even talking to them. Breaks my heart everyday to see my old friend in such pain. En route to another clinic now to see if he had damage done to his bone....

update: cat and cow reached out to me. And apologized for what happened. They've stated they have addressed the issue with the staff. I'm sure they are ultimately a good group with good intentions based on their long history of good reviews and I understand that you can't be around at all times to monitor what individual employees do. I hope the individual that did this finds a heart. But cat and cow overall, I'd have to retract some of my last statement and say they are good people in management and they at least care enough to follow up.
