We can't say enough good things about our sales experience at Hagerstown Ford. Everyone we dealt with through the entire process was terrific to work with especially Mike Reid. Mike actually went out and found a vehicle for me after we discussed the specifics of what I was looking for and they didn't have it on hand. He was completely committed to my satisfaction with the process and the purchase. I live 2 hours away from Hagerstown Ford and have several Ford dealerships much closer to me. After mentioning that I was considering purchasing a Ford vehicle, Hagerstown Ford was highly recommended to me and we decided to check it out.
