Very disappointed with their products and repairs!...

Very disappointed with their products and repairs! I purchased a 70" Vizio model E70-F3 back in April or May 2019. The TV shut off on Sept. 15th and a repair tech came to fix it. something didn't get resolved properly as the TV would now turn off when we turned it off, but then it would automatically turn on and stay on with the blue screen. I called customer service and they wanted to replace my TV with model V705-G3 (lower/older model) so I asked to have my unit fixed. They prefer to exchange but I'm not taking an older/ lower model. Makes no sense!!!!
Either get me the same apples to apples exchange, or upgrade my TV since I have been sold a defective unit!!! Not a great way to show great customer service or appreciation!
