I've had the pleasure of being,not only an employee of The Collier Companies but also a resident for almost 3 years now. As a resident, I've appreciated how attentive the service team is and how caring my property Manager Robin is. During holidays, she hosts several events for the children in the neighborhood and even rewards them for great report cards! I love the sense of community! :) -- As an employee, I've always appreciate the amazing company culture we have here. Our owner is not a figment of our imagination, but is kind and so personable and works right in the office alongside us! With competitive pay, amazing health benefits and a veryy generous 401k plan.
