I brought my coworker's ruined chronograph watch in to the Canfield Store to see if they could do anything for it. The thing was totally WRECKED - I mean destroyed beyond all hope. I thought they would take one look at it and laugh in my face. To my surprise, they offered to fix it under warranty for no charge. By fix I mean send it back to the factory and completely rebuild it. Two weeks later I picked the watch up and it was like new! I can t say enough how happy I am with Shinola as a company. The store is always immaculate and the staff are phenomenal. There is surely a strict attention to detail in their high-quality products. If I didn t already own two of their watches I would buy another in a heartbeat.
