I ordered a 2' prelit Christmas tree on December 7, 2015, was emailed on December 9 saying the package had shipped and supplied with a tracking number. As of December 21 there is no package, 2 attempts at live chat just give you email inquiries which haven't been answered and the phone number for customer service gives you a voice mail which is never answered. The tracking number isn't attached to any shipping service even though the email said it was being sent USPS. Huge mistake ordering from a business that is clearly in over its head. Not poor customer service, no customer service.
