Mike showed up at about 10:00 AM and got started immediately. He was a very personable guy. He did a very thorough cleaning job. I could hear him wire brushing the burners and vacuuming the entire inside of the furnace. Since we have the furnace cleaned every year, each technician remarks how clean our furnace is. The whole cleaning took a little over an hour, so we didn't have to shiver at all. Mike did an excellent job., just like all of the Isaac techs. we were very pleased.
