This is a great facility! Very clean with a personal touch. You truly feel like you are working out with friends. Caring staff and instructors and the customer service is outstanding!!

I have been a member for over a year and have made so much improvement in my strength. I feel like I have a personal trainer without the cost. Josh is a great teacher and all of the yoga instructors are awesome!!
