I am the administrative assistant for a small non-profit organization and we have been using Blue Dog to process our credit card payments for the last several years. We have always received excellent customer service, whether it is by e-mail or phone. Their responses are always prompt and polite. I was nervous at first because I was not familiar with the terminology or technology but I had no need to worry; everyone was extremely knowledgeable but able to answer my questions in a way I can understand.
