Checked into our room and someone else s luggage was still in our room. We stayed on a warm day on September 2nd and they didn t inform us the room doesn t have air - it was almost 80 in the room even though the thermostat was set at 60. We thought it would cool down, unfortunately woke up at 3am sweating and finally after an hour of tossing and turning called the front desk - they brought in a mobile air unit. It s too bad they didn t just let us know up front so we could get a decent nights sleep. When you re charging $1,000 for a room, one would expect A comfortable room and some basic honesty about the nature of the room. It wasn t until I asked for some adjustment in the bill that they admitted the room didn t have air!!! How about a note by the thermostat - pretty easy and basic fix!?! Luxury hotel?!?
