I usually love a visit here but when I returned home from my trip I found unexplained charges to my account. I tried to resolve it over the course of 3weeks with many unanswered calls and emails only to be finally told that they don't see the charges on their end and refused a refund for the money they stole from me. I'm very hurt and disappointed. I referred ALOT of people to this museum and am very surprised at my treatment. I will not be going back.
