We were in Boston from Austin, TX for surgery for my son and had a problem with our sunroof not closing. We were helped by a very welcoming, friendly and empathetic Bob Gandolfo. The sunroof was a simple fix and we were only charged the basic diagnostic fee. We were also apprised of several items to keep an eye on in the future. Thank you for a terrific experience during a stressful time for our family.
