Worst customer service in the world! Nicole Cleveland was rude, did not know who was responsible for the lease. Failed to suspend a auto draft when she knew the date the check was to arrive and after drafting the payment on a paid in full account, required more paperwork to pay back the money they never should have taken in the first place. I spoke with another CSR and they were just as bad. Poor customer service must be in their training manual! Never again FINPAC!
