Had a very poor stay here whilst in Madrid on Business.

The Wi-Fi did not work, the Biday tap exploded which soaked my work clothes, the hairdryer did not work.
I did not enjoy the food at all.

I speak limited Spanish but the hotel staff so just about managed to get booked in and find out about breakfast but the Lady on the desk was very unwilling to try understand me.
