My grandmother was placed there after falling 3x in one week to be evaluated by this hell hole of a facility that I don t even know HOW they are still open. The head nurse there Stephanie the one who has been rude every single time I have even asked her a simple question about my grandmother and looks miserable every time I walk in that place to visit should not be a nurse if she is that unhappy with her job caring for these people who have sicknesses. Here s one incident I will share.. I was walked in by a tech and when I walked in my grandmother wasn t in any of the visiting rooms so the tech asked Stephanie if she had seen where my grandmother was and her response was with a cocky face not even making eye contact I don t know where she is she s somewhere . A second incident was a phone call asking a question about my grandmother but I didn t say her name right away and before I could finish my question her response was cutting me off mind you.. well who is your grandmother again very rude and cocky. I am in the medical field and I chose my career because I want to help people it is a passion and she has no compassion for these people in this place.. she shouldn t be a nurse. They neglect those sick people in there and it s sad to watch.. their is not one ounce of compassion in that place.. they are doing just their job to get paid basically. I seen a man in a wheel chair pee himself and they left him in the hallway the whole hour I was there in his pee.. it s a shame.. my grandmother will not be going back there I will quit my job before she goes back to that awful place. I will be going further into this just for the sake of other people who are suffering neglect in there. Now I can see why they have a 2 star rating. I wouldn t give them not even 1 star.
