I had an issue. The insurance company I was with decided to end the policy without cause. I then spoke with John DiFalco as I needed insurance for the car as it is part of my business. Thinking that it was impossible to get insurance fast enough that would be in my budget, it was John who saved my bacon! He found a great insurance solution within an hour and two hours later I was insured. That's what I call customer service! Thanks John!
