The process was a lot longer than necessary. The first car they brought out to me to purchase was FULL OF SCRATCHES, things that needed to be buffed out, things that needed a paint touch up, and glue residue from stickers. A BRAND NEW CAR and was full of damages! It should have never been brought to us in the first place. VERY VERY upset with my experience. Deshaun was an absolute angel and an amazing salesman. I would personally recommend him to some but the overall dealership was a bust and not at all would I would have wanted when buying a brand new car.
