Spencer just assisted a correction to my system! I am totally impressed! Also I was surprised to receive a call because when I called about the issue a while back I was advised that I would most likely need to have a technician come out to correct the issue with a minimum charge of $35. Spencer was patient, professional, and quite pleasant as well. I give him an A+
