I have a painful experience from my brand new Accord purchase from David McDavid, Frisco. McDavid sold me a 2019 Accord from which I started getting an annoying rattle sound from dashboard center console area. The car was below 100 miles. I took the car to service, they confirmed the rattle but they could not identify the reason of rattle even after 4 visits. So I changed the Accord with another one from them paying some more $$$, and the same type of rattle sound started showing up after few days. Took it to service, and this time they told me it is a heater box issue, they opened the dashboard and replaced the heater box. Now the car is showing up a different type of rattle noise which occurs at cold start and while driving on local road. I addressed it to service advisor Eric, he confirmed the noise but now denying to fix this. I was promised to hear back from Manager Collin for a followup on this, but did not hear back.
Very frustrated from buying a brand new car from David McDavid, Frisco and also the way the service Dept. delay to acknowledge the problem, fix it and hide the fact. Think again before buying an accord from them, otherwise you may end up in my situation if your car is one of those in their lot, with a faulty heater box.

Update: After the reply here from GM Ali, I have contacted him, and also the service dept. manager Collin and Matt over email and phone. They did not respond to me. So all this assurances are fake and in reality their goal is get money from buyers.
It is sad to see their ethics of business, and sales policy for new cars with problems. They bring Accord with faulty heater box and then they can not fix it well, rather advise buyer to live with the problem.
Think again before investing your hard earned money to this dealership.
