Simone & Son were AMAZING. We used them for my engagement ring and were so impressed that we had a custom wedding band made to match the ER. My engagement ring was my husband's great grandmothers and is ~100 years old. After carefully inspecting it, they were honest about the condition of the ring and all of the risks involved in resizing a ring that fragile. There was a lot of intricate bridge work that they had to repair during the resizing process. It is now absolutely perfect and I could not be happier with the work. We also decided to have a custom wedding band made to match the engagement ring and we worked with Simone & Son to design and create a band that matched the ER perfectly. They even sent it out for hand engraving to match the exact design of my ER. Honestly, I've never been happier with a jeweler. The customer service is extraordinary, and the quality is unparalleled.
